Over forty years experience in land surveying, including the supervision and management of boundary, topographical, control, construction, title and route surveys. Successfully directed survey operations on numerous projects in New England, Texas and California. Extensive responsibility of the management of survey departments and the operations of companies.

Successfully managed projects from simple lot stakeouts to multi-million dollar construction sites. Projects supervised and managed are:

Title, topographic, boundary and construction projects in Las Colinas, a 12,000 acre multi-use planned development in Irvine, Texas.

A 6,000 acre boundary and title survey in Cedar Hill, Texas.

Right-of-way control for topographic mapping and boundary analysis for a six-mile extension of the North Dallas Tollway.

Boundary, site plans and building control and layout of pilings for construction of the Frito-Lay National Headquarters building in Plano, Texas with survey fees in excess of $ .8 million (1985).

Construction control and staking for access roadway, switch yard and reactor excavation for Pilgrim Station Nuclear Power Plant in Plymouth, MA.

Boundary, topographic and construction surveys for a 1,000 acre luxury waterfront planned unit residential development, New Discovery Bay, in Byron, CA.

Boundary, topographic, construction surveys and design for Halifax Mobile Home Estates, a 470 unit development in Halifax, MA and New Duxborough Settlement, a luxury housing development in Duxbury, MA.
