LOT SUBDIVIONS
John L. Libby Consulting performs surveys for the subdivision of land
in eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This service may be provided for a
simple two lot subdivision with frontage on a public way to a large subdivision
of lots with new streets and utilities. All of the surveying associated with
the subdivision of land is in accordance with Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Regulation 250 and the Procedural and Technical Standards for the Practice of
Land Surveying in the Sate of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations.
John L. Libby Consultants will conduct the boundary, topographic, control and
construction surveys for the subdivisions. The design of roadways, drainage and
other utilities will be by a firm of Civil Engineers working in concert with
John L. Libby Consulting.
